Lauren Metcalfe - Senior Business Manager

As Senior Business Manager Lauren has responsibility for ensuring the delivery of the overall Business Roadmap, managing change and driving forward our key strategic objectives . Lauren’s work involves reshaping operational processes to deliver ‘capacity for growth’ and commissioning systems to mold around these to provide ‘efficiency through innovation’. Lauren has both a financial and operational management background and has been with UKIM since 2004, serving as Company Accountant and Head of Operations.
